Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW)

Salary: $115,000–$120,000 a year with full benefits
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM

Job Summary

This remote LICSW position is designed for clinicians who want to spend their workday doing what matters most: meeting with clients, understanding their needs, and providing therapy that supports progress.

You will work with clients across Washington through telehealth, helping them navigate mental health concerns, life stressors, trauma, grief, and personal challenges. The role includes assessments, therapy sessions, care planning, and documentation within a Monday through Friday schedule.

Responsibilities

Meet with clients virtually for scheduled therapy sessions
Complete initial assessments and review ongoing treatment needs
Build practical treatment plans based on client concerns and goals
Provide clinical support for common mental health conditions and life challenges
Maintain accurate notes, records, and treatment updates
Use clinical judgment to recommend referrals when needed
Protect client privacy and follow all required care standards

Active Washington LICSW license
Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited program
Clinical experience in therapy, behavioral health, or mental health care
Strong assessment, documentation, and communication skills
Comfortable providing care through telehealth platforms
