Salary: $115,000 to $120,000 per year with full benefits
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM

Job Summary

A full-time remote opportunity is available for a Licensed Mental Health Counselor licensed in Indiana. This role is focused on providing steady, professional therapy to clients who are looking for help with emotional health, coping skills, relationships, stress, and major life changes.

You’ll provide virtual sessions, complete intake assessments, build treatment plans, and document progress as clients move through care. The work is structured, consistent, and centered on helping people better understand their challenges and take practical steps toward improving their mental health.

Responsibilities

Provide remote counseling services to clients throughout Indiana
Complete client evaluations, assessments, and intake sessions
Develop treatment plans based on client needs and therapy goals
Provide therapy for a wide range of mental health concerns
Maintain accurate progress notes and treatment documentation
Use appropriate evidence-based counseling techniques
Monitor client progress throughout care
Follow ethical, legal, and professional standards

Active Licensed Mental Health Counselor license in Indiana
Master’s degree in Counseling, Clinical Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, or a related field
Experience providing therapy or counseling services
Comfortable working with clients through telehealth
Strong documentation and communication skills
Ability to manage a full-time remote caseload
