Location: Maryland
Setting: Remote/Telehealth
Position: Full-Time
Salary: $115,000–$120,000 a year with full benefits
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM

Job Summary

We are looking for a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist to join a remote care team serving clients in Maryland. In this role, you will provide direct therapy, document care clearly, and help clients move toward healthier patterns in their personal and family lives. The position offers full-time hours, remote work, and a professional structure that supports consistent client care.

Responsibilities

Deliver telehealth therapy sessions to individuals, couples, and families
Help clients understand and address relationship and family patterns
Build treatment plans with clear goals and measurable progress
Support clients with stress, grief, conflict, parenting concerns, and life changes
Maintain accurate progress notes and required documentation

Active LMFT license in Maryland
Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Counseling, Psychology, or related field
Experience working with individuals, couples, and families
Strong understanding of family systems and relational therapy
