Full-Time Maryland Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT)

Location: Maryland
Setting: Remote/Telehealth
Position: Full-Time
Salary: $115,000–$120,000 a year with full benefits
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM

Job Summary

We are hiring a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist for a full-time remote position in Maryland. The LMFT will provide therapy to clients working through marriage concerns, family conflict, emotional stress, communication problems, and changes affecting their home life. This position is focused on practical clinical care. You will meet with clients virtually, assess their needs, create treatment plans, and help them develop healthier responses to the challenges they are facing.

Responsibilities

Provide scheduled telehealth sessions for Maryland clients
Work with couples, families, and individuals on relational and emotional concerns
Complete assessments and maintain clear treatment plans
Help clients build communication, problem-solving, and coping skills
Document care accurately and on time

Active LMFT license in Maryland
Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Counseling, Psychology, or related field
Experience working with individuals, couples, and families
Strong understanding of family systems and relational therapy
